Released in October 2011 for a special screening of the film at the Alamo Drafthouse and formed part of the Mondo Mystery Series. The regular version was priced at $50 and had an initial printing of 450 copies. There was also a gorgeous blue & Gold variant which had an initial run of 245 copies but all sold out at the event.
